Sandyhills -Portling- Kippford

Today we had a trip near to our home that I would like to share with my friends. We drove from our house for about 15 minutes to the parking lot inf the village next to the beach named Sandyhills. We had to take 2 cars, one to stop at the starting point Sandyhills and we dropped the other car parked at the destination in the village of kippford which a walking distance of 13.50 kilometers ..

The footpath is over high hills, cliffs and rocks along the coast (Solway Firth) and we could see the mountains in the distance of the Lake District in Cumbria (England).

On the Scottish side our route passes through the small village called Portling, The entire route offers great views and is also a major attraction of Dumfries and Gallowayfor people who like to walk to see the scenery,

Port O warren
Today we are very fortunate because there is no wind and there will be some sunshine. We spent 3 and a half hours walking and took a break to have food and tea that had with us as there are no restaurants or cafes. or at the grocery store like we have in Thailand where we like to walk in summer.
